Qualifications
- Ability to Manage a high volume of Litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Superior writing and advocacy skills
- Five years experience litigating personal injury cases
- Jury Trial experience
- Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar Association
Duties
- Handle heavy and complex caseload of cases in litigation, including, but not limited to trial preparation and trial.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings such as court appearances and depositions.
- Draft legal documents: complaints, discovery, and motions.
- Evaluate and determine case value.
- Determine whether a case settlement is appropriate.
- Prepare mediation summaries and mediate cases.
- Manage a Paralegal.
