Litigation Associate - Oklahoma City, OK

About the role

Fox Rothschild, an AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking an accomplished Litigation Associate to join its Litigation Department in Oklahoma City. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to be a part of and collaborate with a dynamic litigation team that handles sophisticated matters in a fast-paced practice. Each member of the litigation team meaningfully contributes to case strategy and its implementation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to case strategy and its implementation as part of a high‑performing litigation team.
• Handle sophisticated litigation matters in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manage assignments and deadlines efficiently within a collaborative team setting.
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and advocacy, including courtroom and deposition work.
• Work with standard office equipment (computers, telephones, printers, copiers) in a clerical office setting.
• Perform sedentary work, lifting up to 10 pounds, with frequent sitting and occasional walking/standing.

Requirements

• 4‑6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis now and in the future.

• Experience handling oil and gas matters is particularly valued.

• Solid academic record.
• General litigation experience, including courtroom and deposition experience.
• Ability to manage assignments and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in a large law firm or boutique law firm preferred.
