Litigation Associate – Commercial and Consumer Warranty/Lemon Law

About the role

The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California and have at least one to seven years litigation experience, including exposure to consumer warranty/lemon law matters. Candidates should have experience in various stages of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, written discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and attending court conferences.

Responsibilities

• Client contact and handling all aspects of cases involving various commercial litigation matters, including matters brought under the Song-Beverly Act.
• Balance commercial matters with consumer warranty cases.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in California.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

All candidates should have an academic history of success.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $225,000 and up to $40,000 + in bonus potential.
