About the role
Amundsen Davis seeks a Litigation Associate to join its dynamic and growing Cleveland office.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all aspects of litigation
- Draft pleadings
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Conduct depositions
- Manage client communications
- Prepare case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- At least five years of experience in civil litigation
- Background in defense litigation in the area of commercial transportation law strongly preferred

Pay
The annual base salary range anticipated for this position in Ohio is $130,000‑$190,000, depending upon experience. This salary range excludes available bonus opportunities.
