Key Responsibilities

• Defend clients in a range of general liability cases, including premises liability, property damage, and auto-related claims.
• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership and clients.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient and responsive case management.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on property liability and/or auto liability.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently in a remote work environment.
