About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Independent Social Worker to perform mental health consultations in various healthcare settings such as nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure (LISW or equivalent)

• Strong crisis management, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems
