About the role

This is a full time, REMOTE POSITION Listing Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and cataloging artwork images
  • Ensuring files meet platform standards
  • Assisting sellers in navigating the listing process
  • Updating account information
  • Troubleshooting access issues
  • Answering questions about listings and procedures
  • Escalating complex issues when needed
  • Maintaining accurate listings
  • Delivering a consistent, professional experience for all users

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and clerical skills, including data entry, record keeping, and document organization
  • Professional communication and phone etiquette skills for interacting with clients and internal team members
  • Comfort working with digital tools and online platforms, including email, image files, and basic password and account management
  • High attention to detail, accuracy in handling customer information, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Customer service mindset, with patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain processes clearly
  • Previous ART experience in e-commerce, art, or online marketplaces is helpful
