About the role
This is a full time, REMOTE POSITION Listing Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and cataloging artwork images
- Ensuring files meet platform standards
- Assisting sellers in navigating the listing process
- Updating account information
- Troubleshooting access issues
- Answering questions about listings and procedures
- Escalating complex issues when needed
- Maintaining accurate listings
- Delivering a consistent, professional experience for all users
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and clerical skills, including data entry, record keeping, and document organization
- Professional communication and phone etiquette skills for interacting with clients and internal team members
- Comfort working with digital tools and online platforms, including email, image files, and basic password and account management
- High attention to detail, accuracy in handling customer information, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service mindset, with patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain processes clearly
- Previous ART experience in e-commerce, art, or online marketplaces is helpful
