Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing for property listings
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties
  • Cook up and execute successful marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers
  • Carefully coordinate and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings
  • Expertly negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and support throughout the selling process
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a listing agent or in a related real estate role
  • Proven track record of successfully listing and selling residential properties
  • Strong knowledge of the Denton real estate market and local neighborhoods
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MLS, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
