Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch - Learn all necessary skills to succeed in the real estate market.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly - Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards - Morning Power-Ups with the Team.
- Participate in team activities per team standards.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls.
- Consult with sellers, convert listings, and market homes.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers.
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology - Our CRM system for managing all calls and appointments.
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
- Strong in prospecting and lead generation with a natural ability to overcome objections.
- A strong communicator and committed to service.
- Team player with a Florida Real Estate License.
- Over 3 years of real estate sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Learns based, growth-minded, organized, and willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
- Excellent time management skills.
- 100% commission-based compensation structure.
