Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate transactions
  • Work in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment
  • Deliver exceptional service and go above and beyond for your clients

Qualifications

  • Active Virginia/North Carolina Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in real estate school with intent to license soon)
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills—you enjoy helping people and closing deals
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed—you’re ready to show up, learn, and put in the work
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market (or a willingness to dive in and learn fast)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate platforms like CRMs, MLS, DocuSign, etc.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the region for showings, meetings, and appointments
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends when needed
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic—our team is known for high standards
  • Positive energy and team player mindset—we grow best together
  • Commitment to learning and development through coaching, training, and hands-on experience
