Project Overview

Lisa Rine's home, located on the golf course at Heritage Country Club in Hilliard, OH, received a full window upgrade to replace old, inefficient, and dated builder-grade tan wood windows. The goal was to enhance the home's aesthetic appeal, improve energy efficiency, and modernize its appearance to better complement the stunning brick and stonework.

Solutions Provided

• Replaced all windows with premium, high-efficiency units featuring a rich clay exterior color to highlight the brick and stone facade.
• Installed bright white interior finishes for a clean, modern contrast.
• Eliminated old transoms above double-hung windows, increasing window height to allow more natural light and create a taller, more open feel.
• Replaced a stacked double-hung/picture window combo with a seamless slider window, featuring a fixed picture center and operable sides for an unobstructed view.
• Upgraded the old sliding glass door to a new, energy-efficient model in matching clay exterior and white interior finishes.

Lisa is thrilled with the transformation, noting the home feels brighter, more modern, and significantly more energy-efficient. The clay color enhances the brick and stone, and the redesign has boosted both comfort and curb appeal.
