Liquor Store General Manager 4 - Cranberry Mall, US Route 19, Cranberry Township

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at Cranberry Mall in Cranberry Township.

Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Guide daily activities to keep operations running smoothly and support business goals
• Staff Management: Direct and motivate employees, delegate tasks, and provide coaching and training
• Sales Support: Drive sales by managing inventory, stocking products, and assisting customers with selection and recommendations
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for customers and staff
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and ensure products are placed and displayed in an organized way
• Compliance Duties: Help maintain adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies relating to alcohol sales

Schedule

• Full-time employment
• Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly
• No telework option available
• Free, secure, onsite parking

Pay

The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees may be negotiable.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 3C (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Two years as a Liquor Store General Manager 3B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Three years as a Liquor Store General Manager 3A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Four years as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Five years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Eight years of supervisory retail sales work

Other Requirements:

• You must meet the PA residency requirement
• You must be able to perform essential job functions
• You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
