Liquidation and Packing Specialist

About the role

In this role, you are part of a team providing excellent customer service to Caring Transition customers of Salt Lake City. Within a customer’s house, you would be responsible for sorting, organizing, taking photos for online auctions, boxing items for pick up and shipping, and other similar activities.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
• Safely pack and unpack goods
• Disposal of unwanted items for donation or removal
• Delivery and shipping of items purchased through online auction
• Interact with clients, their families, and other coworkers

Requirements

• Must be able to properly lift 40 pounds
• Able to stand and work for extended periods of time
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable source of transportation

Qualifications

• No specific experience is necessary
• Willing to submit a background check

Pay

Hourly - $15 - $18

Schedule

• 15 - 20 hours weekly Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Hours will vary based on project
• Part-time hours-no two days or weeks are the same with no guarantee of hours
• Flexible scheduling
