Job Responsibilities
- Wrap, package, and transport film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures.
- Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level.
- Take directions from team leader and supervisor.
- Pull and locate products efficiently and accurately for upcoming transfers and/or customer shipments.
- Load and unload trailers (if assigned as Warehouse operator).
- Read and process shipping documents.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence.
- Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training.
- Must be dependable and able to work in a team-based environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include: hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams.
Qualifications
- Able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Skills
- Physical strength and dexterity for handling materials.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic computer literacy.
Benefits

Pay
- $19.70 per hour with open progression up to $25.40 depending on certification.
- $1.00/hr. differential paid for night shifts.
- $1.50/hr. differential paid for weekend shifts.
Schedule
- Four shift models available:
- Monday-Thursday: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am.
- Friday-Sunday: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am.
- You will be assigned a shift after completing the initial training.
