Packing/Warehouse Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Wrap, package, and transport film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures.
• Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level.
• Take directions from team leader and supervisor.
• Pull and locate products efficiently and accurately for upcoming transfers and/or customer shipments.
• Load and unload trailers (if assigned as Warehouse operator).
• Read and process shipping documents.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence.
• Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a team-based environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include: hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams.

Qualifications

• Able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills

• Physical strength and dexterity for handling materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic computer literacy.

Pay

• $19.70 per hour with open progression up to $25.40 depending on certification.
• $1.00/hr. differential paid for night shifts.
• $1.50/hr. differential paid for weekend shifts.

Schedule

• Four shift models available:
• Monday-Thursday: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am.
• Friday-Sunday: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am.
• You will be assigned a shift after completing the initial training.
