About the role

This role involves delivering visual communication that meets Ogilvy's standards with a professional and personal touch. The responsibilities include managing multiple projects from conception to completion, client management, strategy comprehension, creative leadership, and leadership & people management.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's brand tonality and meet their requirements in art design.
• Comprehend creative briefings and understand communication strategies.
• Manage multiple projects from conception through completion.
• Complete the Client's daily creative design work independently.
• Search for material and visual references for the team during the creative preparation process.
• Show good time management skills and be able to complete work on time.
• Be skilled in relevant design software, with preference given to proficiency in a particular skill.
• Stay updated with trends in the design arena and share insights with colleagues.
• Illustrate by hand and be responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards, competitions, and new/existing business growth.

Requirements

• Must be experienced in creating static and dynamic content for Digital (Social posts/ads, banners, GIF, other dynamic assets).
• Draw and Illustrate any marketing collateral (Animation, Video, GIFs, FB postings, Email banners, etc.).

Qualifications

Must have proficiency in mainstream design software and be familiar with trends in the design arena. Must be able to illustrate by hand and be responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards, competitions, and new/existing business growth.

Skills

Proficiency in mainstream design software, drawing and illustration, and ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion.
