CAD Designer, Water

Responsibilities

• Develop CAD site plans, plan & profile, sections, and details for various types of water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Cook with other disciplines (site civil, structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical and I&C) to help resolve design conflicts and challenges.
• Create BIM models, Cells, Parametric Cells, and CAD based files for use in the production of contract documents.
• Ensure drawings comply with company and client CAD/BIM standards and styles.
• Help design teams with the assembly of submittals throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years applicable experience or demonstrated skill and at least 2-year A.S. degree from an accredited college is preferred.
• MUST have skills with MicroStation Open Buildings (AutoCAD Civil 3D and REVIT is a Plus) in an engineering environment, preferably associated with the production of infrastructure plans.
• Previous work with water, wastewater, energy, and/or petrochemical industries will be highly desired.

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $95,200 - $142,800 annually for this position and local market.
