About the role

So many of the opportunities that help TMM grow—partnerships, funding, volunteers, media interest, and professional support—begin with visibility. LinkedIn is one of the key places where we share our mission, celebrate our impact, and connect with people who can help us drive change for motherless mothers. We’re looking for volunteers who can help us strengthen our presence on LinkedIn and ensure our voice reaches the people and organisations who need to hear it.

Responsibilities

• Creating or adapting content for LinkedIn
• Scheduling and publishing posts
• Engaging thoughtfully with relevant individuals and organisations
• Identifying potential partners, supporters, and collaborators
• Sharing TMM news, achievements, and campaigns
• Helping grow awareness of our work among professional audiences

Requirements

• An interest in communications, networking, or social media
• Good written communication skills
• Confidence using LinkedIn or a willingness to learn
• Creativity and attention to detail
• An understanding of professional, respectful online engagement

You don’t need formal experience—curiosity, care, and a willingness to get stuck in are just as valuable.
