Linehaul Driver - Full-Time

Role Overview

This position involves safely and efficiently transporting products via tractor-trailer from the warehouse to customer locations, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with safety and food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver products according to routes and customer specifications.
• Complete all required paperwork, logs, inspections, and invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain food safety protocols, including proper temperature controls.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely, including pallets and load bars.
• Develop positive customer relationships through courteous service and clear communication.
• Report route deviations, loading issues, or customer concerns to management.
• Work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; tractor-trailer driving experience preferred or completion of driving school.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety practices, and handling of hazardous materials.
• Skills in long-distance driving, problem-solving, communication, and safety awareness.
• Ability to operate large vehicles in various conditions, perform basic math, and work independently.

Physical & Work Environment

• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in diverse conditions including cold and heat.
• Occasional exposure to fumes or mechanical parts.
• May involve working in confined spaces, at heights, and in moderate noise environments.
