Line Worker (2nd Shift)

Position Summary

Crescent Line Workers are responsible for performing their assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner, contributing to the creation of a high-quality product. Safety

• Maintain a safe work environment where people can grow and develop
• Continually seek out and remove all forms of risk
• Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages accurately and according to processes
• Comply with all OSHA, ISO, and company standards

• Pack, sort, and stack products throughout the shift and review completed tasks for accuracy and completion
• Communicate well and respectfully with others

Productivity

• Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes
• Work with proper operation and assembly of line products and packaging
• Validate the use and continuous improvement of all production and operational processes
• Responsible for line production, labeling, and packaging of products

• Responsible for production accuracy and provide feedback to management regarding errors
• Reliable in attendance and punctuality; complete assigned responsibilities to satisfaction; follow through with commitments
• Follows rules and code of conduct at work; demonstrates ethical behavior at work

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work well with others
• Possess basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior packaging experience
