Position Summary
Crescent Line Workers are responsible for performing their assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner, contributing to the creation of a high-quality product. Safety
- Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing it Safe
- Maintain a safe work environment where people can grow and develop
- Continually seek out and remove all forms of risk
- Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages accurately and according to processes
- Comply with all OSHA, ISO, and company standards

- Pack, sort, and stack products throughout the shift and review completed tasks for accuracy and completion
- Communicate well and respectfully with others

Productivity
- Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes
- Work with proper operation and assembly of line products and packaging
- Validate the use and continuous improvement of all production and operational processes
- Responsible for line production, labeling, and packaging of products
Quality
- Responsible for production accuracy and provide feedback to management regarding errors
- Reliable in attendance and punctuality; complete assigned responsibilities to satisfaction; follow through with commitments
- Follows rules and code of conduct at work; demonstrates ethical behavior at work

Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work well with others
- Possess basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior packaging experience
