Position Summary
Crescent Line Workers are responsible for performing their assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner, contributing to the creation of a high-quality product.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Safety: Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing it Safe. Ensure a safe work environment where people can grow and develop. Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages accurately and according to processes. Comply with all OSHA, ISO, and company standards.
- People: Champion the Crescent Culture of Doing it Right, Doing it Safe, and Doing it Well, adhering to all written and understood procedures and policies. Communicate well and respectfully with others. Commit to working towards leadership's goals and requests. Cooperate with new ideas and actively participate in providing new ideas.
- Productivity: Assist with inventories per customer/management requests to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes. Works with proper operation and assembly of line products and packaging. Validate the use and continuous improvement of all production and operational processes. Responsible for line production, labeling, and packaging of products. Responsible for achieving production and quality goals.
- Quality: Responsible for production accuracy and providing feedback to management regarding errors. Reliable in attendance and punctuality; completes assigned responsibilities to satisfaction. Follows rules and code of conduct at work; demonstrates ethical behavior at work.
- Customer Value: Clear communication, ability to balance talking with listening. Foster Crescent excellence by cultivating teamwork. Effectively communicate directly to all aspects of production. Maintain a good working relationship with internal customers.
- Financial: Align and optimize the allocation of People to meet established production targets. Balances immediate and long-term priorities: seeks to meet critical objectives while considering the impact on achieving long-term goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Possess basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior packaging experience.
