Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide training and support to family members on behavioral strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay informed about best practices in ABA therapy and related fields.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • A current license to practice as an ABA Therapist in your state.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
