Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to family members on behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Stay informed about best practices in ABA therapy and related fields.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with clients who have autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- A current license to practice as an ABA Therapist in your state.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
