Lead Therapist Waiver

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality ABA therapy directly in clients’ homes.
• Guides, models, and supports Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering in-home sessions.
• Communicates effectively with families while maintaining clinical integrity and boundaries.
• Works a maximum of six (6) hours each week per client, with four (4) hours in the client’s home.
• The remaining two (2) hours may be worked outside the client’s home as needed.
• Ensures the treatment plan is implemented as designed.
• Ensures proper implementation and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Reviews all data collected by the Line Therapist and parent/guardian.
• In-Home Clinical Implementation:
• Model appropriate behavior intervention techniques.
• Maintain professional boundaries while working inside client homes.
• Implement skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction strategies, and data collection procedures.
• Graph all current data, update programs.
