Line Technician/Support Staff 1st shift

About the role

Grassland Dairy Products is seeking motivated individuals to support operations in the Print & Packaging Department. The position offers a fast‑paced environment where you can learn multiple skills, work closely with a team, and help keep production moving.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, quality assurance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Verify product quality standards, including weights, coding, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Operate equipment such as Rothenberg, chipping machines, bulk packer, and rework systems (Melter/Sepamatic).
• Provide relief and support for machine operators throughout the department.
• Assist as backup support for the Par Room forklift operator.
• Help maintain cleanliness and housekeeping across the plant.
• Support additional departments and positions as needed.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $24.02, based on education, experience, and relevant qualifications.
