Line Worker (1st Shift)

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Pack, sort, and stack products throughout the shift; review tasks for accuracy

  • Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy
  • Operate and assemble line products and packaging correctly
  • Validate and improve production and operational processes

  • Ensure production accuracy and provide feedback to management regarding errors

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Fast-paced environment with continuous changes in priorities, volumes, and staffing
• Frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Perform repetitive motions, including typing, for several hours
• Walk on concrete floors for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work well with others
• Basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications: Prior packaging experience.

Pay

Pay Range: $15 USD per hour.
