About the Role
Crescent Line Workers perform assigned duties in a manner that is safe and efficient, focusing on creating a high-quality product. The role operates under the Crescent Way—3 P’s: Purpose, Process, People—while building on the culture of Doing it Right, Doing it Safe, and Doing it Well.
Responsibilities
- Safety
- Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing it Safe
- Ensure a safe work environment where employees can grow and develop
- Continually seek out and remove all forms of risk
- Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages accurately
- Comply with all OSHA, ISO, and company standards

- Pack, sort, and stack products throughout the shift; review tasks for accuracy
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with others

- Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy
- Operate and assemble line products and packaging correctly
- Validate and improve production and operational processes

- Responsible for line production, labeling, and packaging of products

- Ensure production accuracy and provide feedback to management regarding errors
- Reliable in attendance and punctuality; complete responsibilities satisfactorily

Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Fast-paced environment with continuous changes in priorities, volumes, and staffing
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions, including typing, for several hours
- Walk on concrete floors for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled facility

Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work well with others
- Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications: Prior packaging experience.

Pay
Pay Range: $15 USD per hour.
