Line Supervisor
About the role
As a Line Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated production line, guiding Team Leads and crew members to safely deliver quality work on schedule and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will serve as a coach, mentor, and problem-solver while collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Project Management teams to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide production teams to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain a culture of accountability, trust, and collaboration.
- Remove obstacles for your team and promote continuous improvement.
- Establish clear production goals and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Coach and mentor Team Leads and crew members to develop their skills and career paths.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of construction trades or manufacturing experience.
- Proven experience leading crews, Team Leads, or production teams in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of safety programs, OSHA requirements, quality standards, and production processes.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ability to plan work, set production goals, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with technology and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead by example, build trust, and develop future leaders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 20%.
Qualifications

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $83,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
