Hours: 10pm-6am Sunday–Thursday

Pay

All-in hourly compensation: $24.28/hr

• Base Pay: $20.96/hr
• Sign-on Bonus: $1.22/hr worked
• 10% Shift Differential for Night Shift: $2.10/hr

Profit Sharing Eligibility: begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.7 million in profits paid to profit-sharing pool in 2025)

Responsibilities

• Keep palletizers running by removing product from the lines and scanning into rows in the warehouse
• Verify truck and paperwork coincide
• Maintain the line service function in the warehouse
• Operate forklifts and push-pulls safely and perform daily forklift inspections
• Floor/space management
• Make rows for upcoming runs
• Load and unload shuttles
• Sweep and clean rows before putting product into new rows
• Unload empty pallets

Requirements

• Able to operate forklift and push-pulls
• Self-motivated
• Very good knowledge of all products stored in warehouse
• General mathematical and computer skills
• Ensure company policy is followed
• Attend safety trainings
• Follow all safety instructions and policies
• Report any injuries or near-miss accidents to supervisor
• Report any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor
• Wear required PPE, including bump cap and hearing protection
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English
