Line Pulling (Forklift Driver)
Hours: 2pm-10pm M-F
Pay
All in hourly compensation: $23.44/hr
- Base Pay: $20.96/hr
- Sign on Bonus: $1.22/hr worked
- 6% Shift Differential for Mid Shift: $1.26/hr
Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.7 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2025)

Responsibilities
- Keep palletizers running by removing product from the lines and scanning into rows in the warehouse
- Verify truck and paperwork coincide
- Maintain the line service function in the warehouse
- Operate forklifts, push pulls, safely, and perform daily forklift inspections
- Floor/space management
- Make rows for upcoming runs
- Load and unload shuttles
- Sweep and clean rows before putting product into new rows
- Unload empty pallets
Requirements
- Able to operate forklift and push pulls
- Self-motivated
- Very good knowledge of all products stored in warehouse
- General mathematical and computer skills
- Ensure that company policy is followed
- Attend safety trainings
- Follow all safety instructions and policies
- Report any injuries or near miss accidents to supervisor
- Report any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor
- Wear required PPE, including Bump Cap and hearing protection
- Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English
