Line Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and Implementing engineering changes across products and coordinating the deliverables between cross functional teams.
• Ensuring the manufacturing line has the support required to meet market demand by monitoring output and capacity, verifying line balancing meets the required TAKT, verifying work instructions, and taking a proactive approach to remove barriers that would impede achieving this goal.
• Loading, correcting, and monitoring all data related to respective products using the manufacturing unit’s ERP system including Material Masters, Bill of Materials, Routings, and Costing.
• Establishing contacts with suppliers for technical support to improve material quality and/or to decrease costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar strongly preferred, with 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related experience.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Must be goals-oriented, analytic, and methodical.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, SAP (or similar ERP Systems), and Windchill (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel Data analysis and Reports preferred.
