Job Overview

Are you looking for a role in a manufacturing environment applying your attention to detail and hands-on experience? If yes, join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility with our night shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks
• Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations
• Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace
• Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders
• Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills are vital for success
• Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology
• Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification

$20.75 / hr. relevant experience considered

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
