Line Operator

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes in our manufacturing facility, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols. They will also manage team dynamics and provide technical guidance to employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Manage production schedules and coordinate with suppliers
• Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with quality assurance and process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Skills

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
