Activities
- Inline Inspection of Products
- Performs visual grading in accordance with definitions.
- Applies customer requirements (length, packaging, temperature readings, etc.).
- Enters product data into SAP.
- Alerts the supervisor, printing department, or quality in case of quality issues.
- Manages use of sample types (collects and cuts according to instructions, quality identifies them).
- Uses production samples when needed (if there is a deviation from the reference type).
- Inline Product Packaging
- Carries out packaging and labeling according to definitions.
- Applies customer requirements.
- Manages consumable supplies for the packaging machine.
- Makes available to edge-to-edge control the parts to be checked according to definitions.
- Edge-to-Edge Floor Inspection
- Performs grading according to definitions.
- Applies customer requirements.
- Records relevant data in SAP.
- Alerts the supervisor, or quality in case of quality problems.
- Delamination Inspection (for Tile and Plank Production)
- Performs visual assessment according to definitions
- Visual acuity and color vision.
- SAP / Office software proficiency.
- Operation of the packaging equipment.
- SAP / Office proficiency.
- Safe handling of rolls.
- Manages edge cutting in partnership with printers (blade changes, box prep and sealing).
- Oversees start-up and operation of installations from the washing machine to the end of the line.
- Operates the turner.
- Keeps work area clean.
- Passes instructions to colleagues.
- Performs first-level maintenance per the maintenance plan.
- Conducts monthly inventory of materials in the sector.
- May be assigned other duties depending on workload and skill level.
- Rigor and team spirit.
- Identifies quality issues.
- Authorized to intervene in emergency situations (spills, pollution, etc.).
- Must inform management.
- Ensures that daily activities do not harm the environment.
- Ensures proper waste sorting.
- Ensures their own safety and that of others affected by their actions or omissions at work. Must raise alerts in case of danger or potential risk.
- Complies with the law, regulations (labor code, internal rules, safety instructions).
- Wears and uses required protective equipment.
- Production Supervisor, printing team, planning department, maintenance, quality department, R&D and design department, and warehouse.
- Use of an ERP system (ideally SAP).
- Office software skills (data entry in Excel, using Office for emails and screen captures).
- Rigor and team spirit.
- Autonomy and versatility.
- Operation of a production line.
- Forklift Operator Certification
- Background in medical industry or food industry highly recommended
