About the Role
The Line Leader oversees the production line, ensuring quality standards are met and operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production line of 10-15 people
- Inspect product to determine whether it meets acceptable standards of quality
- Motivate production employees and direct workflow to maximize efficiency
- Scan product out of and into inventory using a handheld scanner
- Operate bagging machine and overwrap machine
- Keep track of supplies used
- Direct crew to keep area clean and organized
- Operate equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks safely as needed
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate with supervisor to resolve issues and problems
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be willing to work overtime and come in on scheduled days off
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must display basic arithmetic skills
- 1 year of experience working in a warehouse preferred
- Electric Pallet Jack experience and/or produce experience is a plus

- Regularly required to stand, talk, or hear
- Frequently exposed to wet, loud, cold, and/or humid conditions
- Frequently required to walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, rotate or twist, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

Schedule
- Monday: 1:00 PM – finish
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – finish
- Thursday & Friday: 1:00 PM – finish
- Wednesday & Saturday: Off
- Rotating Sundays
