Line Lead/stamper op

Full‑time, year‑round

Location: C Line – Old's Plant

Working shift: Night Shift

Hours & workdays: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Monday – Friday; may vary depending on production.

Pre‑employment drug test required.

Duties

• Assist the supervisor in implementing Stemilt standards throughout the line.
• Supervise approximately 30 employees, acting as a team leader and motivating the line.
• Adjust line speed and monitor cost per box.
• Ensure tickets are cleared and monitor production quality.
• Perform other duties as needed beyond those listed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of fruit grades/sizes, varieties, machinery, and supplies.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours minimum.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work some weekends.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to train new hires in job functions.
• Capacity to make quick, informative decisions during high‑pressure periods.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of pack schedules.
• Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
