About the Role

This position involves overseeing assembly operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and quality protocols are followed and actively seek improvements.
  • Supervise the assembly line from raw materials to finished product.
  • Train, coach, and support assemblers to meet daily production goals.
  • Evaluate employee performance and contribute to hiring decisions.
  • Meet daily production targets and identify any barriers.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to meet company goals.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent, with ongoing education or training.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Experience in supervisory roles and managing multiple employees.
  • Detail-oriented with strong leadership competencies.
  • Legal ability to work in the US.

Physical Demands

  • Must frequently lift up to 55 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods and perform active tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, and climbing.
  • Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as focus adjustment.
