About The Opportunity This position is responsible for leading the Production Line Staff. Essential Job Functions The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. Professional in attitude and performance in leadership of staffWork in conjunctions with other departments for positive production resultsInspection of product every hour or more frequently depending if the job is complex or critical in its design or useKnowledge of the rates of the jobs running on the production line you are responsible forResponsible for reconciliation to ensure accuracy of jobAbility to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this jobPerform all functions as required in WMSResponsible for training line workers in all aspects of production line workResponsible for maintaining company safety environmentResponsible for effectively ensuring company procedures and policies are being followed Education & Experience Education Desired - High School Diploma or EquivalentThree to six months related experience or training in warehouse production Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS systemAbility to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as requiredAbility to plan in advance for production in your areaAbility to interpret instructions both oral and writtenAbility to produce at a high level through your staffAbility to work with plant management for required resultsAbility to process information and merchandise through computer system Physical Requirements & Work Environment Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse settingWalking, standing, bending for duration of shiftFrequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
