Line/Grill Cook needed at Hideaway Steakhouse in Westminster, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• 3+ years as a Grill Cook in a fast paced environment
• Must be hard working, motivated, disciplined, confident, have sound organization skills, be passionate about great food & be able to set the pace for line efficiency
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation standards
• Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
• Must be able to multi-task and able to work in a FAST paced environment while also keeping in mind food safety and attention to detail
• Must be dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
• Must have open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills and team player
