About the role

As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. This role requires a team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
• Handle and prepare ingredients in a safe manner
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing work areas
• Assist with food preparation and service as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
