About the role

Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen, Print Works Bistro, Green Valley Grill, O.Henry Hotel, and Proximity Hotel are seeking talented individuals to join their teams.

Responsibilities

• Cooking meals according to recipes and guidelines
• Prepares food items from scratch
• Ensures food safety and quality standards are met
• Follows food preparation procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Assists with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas
• Adheres to portion control and cost management practices
• Supports front-of-house operations as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for delivery positions)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
