How You’ll Make An Impact Prepares and cooks food, ensuring attractive plate presentationPossess complete knowledge of menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portions size and presentation / special handling instructionsMaintains first in / first out inventory controls and dates all incoming productsKeeps the lines and storage stocked with all items and utensils needed for serviceMaintains a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis, as well as the kitchen equipment used dailyMaintains all food storage areas, dry and refrigerated, organized and clean What Success Looks Likes One to two years or more of kitchen experience Consistently ensures the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitabilityCreative, organized, innovative and even tempered personalityStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast paced environment What Will You Get At NCG Hospitality?
