About the role
ViewHouse is seeking talented Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Lead Line Cooks for its busy restaurants across Colorado. Positions are available full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to ViewHouse recipes and specifications.
- Execute consistent, high-quality food during busy lunch, dinner, brunch, and event service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Help maintain product quality, freshness, and proper food handling procedures.
- Communicate effectively with fellow cooks and kitchen leadership.
- Support kitchen cleanliness, organization, and closing responsibilities.
- Assist in coaching teammates, maintaining standards, and supporting kitchen leadership during service.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- High-volume restaurant experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Dependable attendance and teamwork.
- Passion for preparing great food.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
