Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion standards
• Work multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and prep
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with SNHD and company standards
• Avoids cross-contamination and follows food safety procedures including labeling, rotation, and temperature control
• Assist with daily prep, restocking, and proper food storage
• Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service
• Deliver Family‑Style Service in every interaction with guests and team members

Requirements

• Valid SNHD Health Card
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Basic math skills for measurements and portioning
• Fluent in English for effective communication
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
