Line Cook - Hiring Bonus

Responsibilities

• Support daily production with a focus on consistency, organization, and efficiency.
• Execute prep lists accurately and on time.
• Maintain clean, organized work habits.
• Follow systems closely.
• Produce consistent, high-quality product across all areas of the kitchen.
• Support service when needed, with a range of tasks including vegetable prep, basic butchery, sauce and stock production, and general kitchen support.
• Play a critical role in setting up the foundation for each day, ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for both lunch and dinner operations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen organization.
• Ability to follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy.
• Comfortable working across different areas of the kitchen as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Willingness to learn and improve over time.
