Line Cook- Full Time

About the role

Enjoy and work your passion as a Line Cook at Sagewood, a senior living community in the beautiful NE Phoenix valley. Enjoy a flexible schedule with varied shifts ranging from 7am-3pm, 11:30am-7:30pm, 11:30am-8:00pm, and Sunday 7am-3pm, with occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve delicious meals to all residents at Sagewood.
• Operate a commercial kitchen, including prepping, cooking, and plating meals.
• Maintain a sanitary and tidy kitchen environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ experience as a cook in a senior living community, hotel, restaurant, or club.
• Occasional weekend availability.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• A passion for cooking.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check for employment.
• Must have an Arizona Food Handlers Card.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $19.00-$23/hr.
• Schedule: Varied shifts from 7am-3pm, 11:30am-7:30pm, 11:30am-8:00pm, and Sunday 7am-3pm, with occasional weekends and holidays.

Sagewood is located in the beautiful NE Phoenix valley, just off Tatum Blvd and Mayo Blvd, near Desert Ridge shopping, and close to the Mayo Clinic and Hospital.
