Line Cook - F&B Administration
The Role
We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team. In this role, your day is shaped by movement, energy, and connection. You’ll spend your time cooking, preparing, and garnishing quality food product. This position is instrumental in maintaining a clean, organized, and harmonious kitchen. You’ll follow kitchen safety procedures at all times as well as sanitation procedures. You will operate, maintain and clean all equipment. You will play a key role setting up stations including but not limited to utensils, equipment, etc. Receiving and storing food according to standards as well as ensuring all product is rotated and items are stored at proper temperature is imperative for the operation. You’ll also play a key part reviewing production schedule at the beginning each shift to ensure all items necessary for preparation are stocked as well as maintaining cleanliness continually of the kitchen area.
What You Will Rock
- At least two years of prior culinary experience, ideally within a four‑ or five‑star hotel environment
- The ability to communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and approach every situation with tact and professionalism
- The ability to read instructions, perform basic math, and speak confidently with coworkers and management
- Additional language skills are a plus
- A familiarity with lifestyle hotels and premium dining
- The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is at its most vibrant
- The ability to walk, carry, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in environments that may be warm, cool, loud, or busy
- The ability to manage trays, utensils, and service items with ease
- To carry yourself with a professional appearance and a positive attitude, always staying mindful of confidentiality and respectful communication

Compensation & Benefits
- This is a non-union, hourly position
- $34.32 per hour
