This is a full-time, seasonal role beginning July 2026. Starting wage for this role is $19.00/hour.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain prep and line stations for efficient service.
- Support banquet, wedding, and special event food production as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including the dish machine when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Support daily kitchen operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hot line experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and willing to assist where needed during service.
