Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipe and plating standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Aid with prep work, receiving deliveries, and restocking
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Communicate and coordinate with other team members during service
Qualifications
- 1+ year line cook experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right candidate)
- Passion for food and a desire to learn
- Ability to follow directions, multitask, and stay cool under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
