About the Role

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and ingredients prior to service
• Read and prepare menu items quickly and accurately according to provided recipes
• Prepare food for team member meals
• Perform inventory checks on perishable items and notify leadership of products nearing expiration
• Assist with banquet preparation and production to meet client expectations
• Ensure coolers and prep areas are cleaned, organized, and properly secured at the end of each shift
• Store food correctly, following proper labeling and rotation procedures
• Maintain food quality and sanitation standards before, during, and after service
• Support the team with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic experience in a kitchen setting, including knife skills and sanitation knowledge
• The ability to follow recipes and instructions from the Chef
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and stations
• An understanding of the importance of food waste control
• The ability to read orders from the POS system
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$17–$19/hour based on experience.

Schedule

Full-Time; weekend availability required.
