• Make scratch-made food for all that guests will enjoy
• Learn signature, scratch-made recipes and plate presentations
• Run a busy station
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness and sanitation
• Partner up and hustle with kitchen team members
• Push out Legendary Food that guests have come to expect
