Job Overview Title: Line Cook/Prep Cook Primary Responsibilities: Completes all assigned prep work and sets up the cook's station. Maintains product presentations, product quality and cook time standards. Prepares all menu items according to The Fairfield Recipes, Plate Presentations and specifications.
